Those docs are correct as 14 was the minimum supported version for 70 and 71 (16 is recommended). |

version 0.70 of react-native added a .node-version file specifying Node version 16: https://react-native-community.github.io/upgrade-helper/?from=0.69.9&to=0.70.0
0.70 and 0.71 docs still had version 14 listed, this updates those values.
/docs folder already lists 16 as changed here: #3580
